I saw so many posts on Twitter about last minute big game ideas from simple apps to extravagant smorgasbords. Although there has to be a winner and a loser, I would like to congratulate New England Patriots Defensive Coordinator Matt Pratricia, who graduated from the same high school I went to. And I had plans to test out a couple things for the game, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to. But I did enjoy the game with some friends. And they stepped in and had some great food and we enjoyed a couple beers too. Of course one of my favorites is a cheese board. And we had it with three awesome options: a pepper jack, sharp cheddar (the sharper the better), and a horseradish. I love them all… it is my downfall! Tim did some crock pot chicken wings with 8-10-80 of course, yet another way to do chicken wings… and then finished them off in the oven. And Courtney made a spinach artichoke dip with multi-grain Tostitos scoops. It was awesome! What did you do for the game?
